Returns Policy


I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and am happy to accept returns that may be exchanged for a different item I have in stock or for store credit, valid for one year. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds unless there has been an error on my behalf or if the item is faulty, so please ensure you love what you choose or feel as confident as I do that I will continue to make items that you will love in the future. I must be contacted within 14 days of receiving your order (21 for international orders) if you wish to submit a return request. Requests falling outside of this time frame unfortunately will not be accepted.


Returns are only accepted for full price items Items approved for return must arrive back to me in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Merchandise returned altered, or otherwise damaged may be sent back to the customer at my discretion. Exchanges for items of equal or greater value than the original item/s purchased will incur additional charges including for shipping. Leftover credit for items of lesser value than the original item/s purchased will be issued as store credit once shipping costs have been accounted for.
